Hi I’m Kelly and I’m the founder of SOVA Wellbeing. My work is all about helping women who are tired of running on empty finally find the deep rest they crave. For years I taught in-person yoga nidra, breathwork and yoga classes and what I saw over and over again was that no matter how much we try to push through our days our bodies and minds are calling out for one thing rest.

SOVA was born from my own journey of burnout and sleepless nights and the realization that true healing comes when we slow down and listen inward. I believe rest is not a luxury it is a necessity and I created this space as a sanctuary for women who are ready to soften their edges release the weight of stress and remember what it feels like to be whole again.

Through practices like yoga nidra, breathwork and yoga.     

I guide you back to a place of stillness and balance. These tools are simple yet deeply powerful. They help reset the nervous system quiet the overactive mind and invite sleep that feels nourishing and complete.

SOVA means sleep and the Wellbeing is where rest and renewal come together. My hope is that you leave each yoga nidra with a calmer mind a lighter heart and the energy to live your life with more ease.
